L-R: Hosea Woods, Gus Cannon (The Beale Street Boys)

Woods replaced Elijah Avery on the Sept 20, 1928 recording session, and remained in the band for all the remaining Victor and Bluebird recordings, as well as on the Beale Street Boys one-off session on Brunswick with Cannon.
