For over 5 decades Louisville's venerable Juggernaut Jug Band has been :The Keepers of The Faith, 'Preaching The Gospel of The Jug' to appreciative audiences across The USA & Canada, It was seeing Juggernaut Jug Band that inspired Rod & Gloria Wenz to create The National Jug Band Jubilee. Their happy, Family friendly music helps clarify jug band music's origin in The Juggernauts home town, Louisville Kentucky, where, in 1903 Earl McDonalds Original Jug Band first performed at The Kentucky Derby.
